I am Julia’s room mom this year to I had the opportunity to plan her class Halloween party. Before her party we went to the school parade and then the parents all went into the classroom to watch the class do a program. The program was really cute! The kids sang songs and recited poems. Julia really seemed to love doing this. She was just beaming!

Because we were already at a late start the game and crafts had to be shortened. Trying to create a craft in 7 minutes with 2nd graders was nothing but a miracle. Most of the kids got enough of the craft done to make it worth it. The kids also played the broom dance, decorated cookies, and played pumpkin bowling.
